Done For You Blog Says: I’m sure books like The Perfect Day Formula and Miracle Morning would strongly disagree with this article. I liked it because it fits more with my personal philosophy that you should ignore most of the “experts” and live your life the way that works best for you. If you really want to learn how to get up early and do things that way, then the books I mentioned above will help you with that. But if you’re a night owl and you’re getting things done and you’re happy doing things that way, why change?
